Returns and Exchanges We want your experience to be a great one. Therefore, we are glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Diane Gail Designs within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. In order to process your return, you must call Diane Gail Designs at 310.475.2224 for return authorization. Returns that have not been authorized, will not be accepted or credited.
Please note that all sale items purchased are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. We also take a 3% restocking fee for retuned merchandise. Made-to-order items are NOT returnable.

Use the original packing for returning your purchase.
- Include your original packing slip, so we can properly issue your refund or contact you if necessary.
- Send by UPS and regular mail only.
We will promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new item(s) when they are ready to ship.
If you are returning a gift we will issue a credit voucher directly to the gift recipient. We cannot refund shipping charges.
